Originally intended for use with water-based facilities, the adaptor features a 1/2" BSP Male to 1/2" BSP Male with a through hole. You can Screw any core bit with a 1/2" BSP Female thread onto the adaptor, this leaves you with a 1/2" BSP Male thread to screw into drilling machines or other adaptors with 1/2" BSP Females threads.
